I mean after all those kids of ours got killed, after all the money we spent, after all the angst... the local guys are just ignoring us. It's like "who gives a shit about the Americans?". Embarrassing, isn't it? Our role has become seriously marginalized. Makes you wonder how Bush can talk to us about Iraq with a straight face. I wonder if he majored in acting at Yale.
