Christopher, Thanks for the 10Q. Am relieved to see that those are 6 mo. numbers. (-3.17. ) I'm not entirely clear, though, what the 8K filing is all about. Does sound like some form of restatement for prior quarters and years?? At any rate, it was released during hours, so its probably inconsequential (beyond the 7% hit on Fri.!). Larry
