chuck philips is a good analyst that gets wind of things that senior management won't tell him. he has made several well timed downgrades and no it's not because he's a favorite or getting inside information. he has tons and tons of contacts. that said, he is fundamentally depressed about all of enterprise software right now. still short sap. erp is dead, long live erp next year! (nonsense of course, it won't come back, but people believing the self serving BS from research hack shops like AMR will think it's coming back next year, until it doesn't.) TD
