If the Iranian government does not make the murderer available, the United Nations should ask the USA to lead a task force from Iraq to Tehran to take the criminal prisoner. Iran's government in the form of their president has called for the destruction of a United Nations mandated country, Israel. While in Tehran and elsewhere in Iran, the task force should also take prisoner those authorities who have threatened said destruction of Israel and take them to the International Court for prosecution for advocating destruction of a United Nations mandated country and for conspiracy to commit crimes against humanity. The United Nations should also take possession of the uranium processing facilities and take possession of the nuclear reactor which is intended for the production of atomic bombs to commit crimes against humanity. Elections should also be held under United Nations supervision with a constitution provided to the new government for the governance of Iran once the situation is resolved.
