I don't want to pick on babish, cause I have always been real impressed by him. As SSB used to say, "I'll never forget the conference call on AndroVir."

But looking back through the legal document (and thanks again to Robin), the difference in pay was something like $80K a year from what Babish wanted. Hec, if the stock went to 4, his stock, excluding warrants would have been worth 2-3 million. I just can't seem to understand why he didn't stick it out, get the product on the street, and then use the old UPS strike tactic and threaten to walk right when things were taking off with big contracts and sales?

One last thought. After the conference in NYC, which should have generated big time interest in the stock, the price began to plummet. I wonder if folks knew there were problems with the products, or if they had taken babish's stock sale as a bad sign?
