Gold play, Dubenski, also Ontario:

< Westview, as part of its option agreement with Avalon, is required to spend $500,000 on exploration by March 1st, 2000. Westview has notified Avalon of its intent to assume operatorship of the project. Westview has the right to earn a 50% interest in the Dubenski project by spending $2.5 million on exploration over 5 years and paying 50% of the cash payments due to the underlying property owners. Bema Gold Corporation owns 35% of Westview and manages the company's affairs. The Dubenski project is located near the village of Sioux Narrows, approximately 70 km southeast of Kenora, Ontario.>
