09:33 ET Microsoft (MSFT) 91 -1 1/2: Goldman Sachs analyst, Rick Sherlund, making cautious comments about September qtr because deferred revenues declined for the first time by $110 million; also commenting that findings of fact from the judge in the DOJ anti-trust case are due on a Friday, investors are beginning to anticipate it may be this Friday, but this is unknown; MSFT officially announced Feb 17th as the availability date for Windows 2000, in line with recently pushed out expectations.
