Casey, I agree with you. I want the CEO to have a big reward factor, it makes them perform. The fact that the CEO has an option package $.05 below the all time high price of the stock is okay with me. All things considered, Mr. Reider has accepted a relatively small option package for a man of his stature. Not to mention the fact that his options are the most expensive in the company. Fundamentally Nortran has great long term value, Mr Reider has just confirmed that for us. I think it might be time to average up my position, we could have a very exciting week ahead.
