it's probably Katz selling more of LDAKA through his affiliation with the Microbiology Institute (?? i think that what it's called ??) which owns a lot of LDAKA he's been selling it off for a quite some time now - i think the monies fund the Institute which shares its research findings with Lidak a description of their inter-relationship should be descried in the 10Ks/Qs anyway i'll take a look tonight
