Yes, you are missing something. In 2 out of the last three periods there was a decline in EMC's revenues going from the 4th quarter to the first quarter of the next year. However in both of these cases there were sharp advances for the year as a whole. Evidently there is some seasonality, final billing in the 4th quarter etc. I'm not saying buy or sell EMC.
