You believe that all financially successful people have better health insurance than most government bureaucrats?

I didn't say that. I said "medical care," not "health insurance." It's a pet peeve of mine when folks conflate the two.

Financially successful people can and do have better medical care. I speak as both a "financially successful person" and a beneficiary of government health insurance. For years I went to a boutique primary care physician and paid full freight because I found it even better than what I could get using my Federal Blue Cross. I would expect those who can afford it to seek out the best regardless of insurance coverage.
