Trader Sentiment: Jake Bernstein's indices of trader sentiment showed a low bullish count for this past day: 17% S&P and 12% Nasdaq, but I've found that the 3dy mov ave and 5dy mov ave are the most useful for giving overbought and oversold signals. Right now, both S&P and Nasdaq #s are in the neutral area. This doesn't mean we can't have a short term rally, but it supports Zeev's contention that this doesn't have the feel of a major bottom.
