AT&T Corp. (T) is the owner of about 365,000 shares of America Online Inc. (AOL) stock that have been placed with Alex. Brown & Sons Inc. for a private sale.

Not being well schooled in some of the aspects of this - isn't this the same shares that were a part of the roughly 1 million shares which were disclosed back in February and just updated in a new S3/A on edgar at:
