August 28th? I guess you meant April 28th. But I don't see it as that. That is what the deal is. They are suppose to close by the 28th according to the deal. RTIN as of yesterday still anticipated closing today according to IR message. This deal seems pretty solid. Lets hope it worked out today. Looks like there is more time if it it didn't though.
