RG, I've tried for days to buy PENY with limit orders well above the ask. The price has even dropped and still no fill. Anyone else having problems buying this stock? I am making calls to the SEC and Nasdaq now to see what the best avenue would be to get some of this MM mess straightened out. Whether it is letters to congressmen or another means I will report my findings and would encourage everyone else to push the issue. With the OTC BB issues required to report I see money coming into these issues like never before. They need to go electronic or at the least require these guys to make a market, as their name suggests. I'm fed up with all this. I have had the same problem getting filled with CHIP and AMDI.
