Rick, Just a couple of quick comments. >Don't remind me that I started this thread< Rick there is nothing to be embarrassed about in starting this thread. There has been a great information flow and I'm sure many investors have learned from it. If anyone made mistakes by not doing their own due dilligence that's their fault, not yours or the threads. >A ton is something like 1.3 million shares< That's a pretty heavy ton I can see no reason why they couldn't be held jointly. All my shares are in two names. Whether they can be sold or not sold doesn't seem as important as who holds the voting rights. Maybe some day we'll find out.
