In 1972, I told a group of students at UCI that the leading advocate of Fascism in this country was Ralph Nader and almost got lynched! Ahh, my alma mater, the UCI Anteaters... They almost had a collegiate football team, but the coach quit after the student body choose the name Anteaters after the anteater in the BC comic strip, and they never had a football program after that. I attended UCI between 1980 and 1984.
