Rick,

Well you got me this time because you pose questions that only if I were John Babish could I answer.

I would like to know what goes on in the mind of each of each of the participants but the best I can do is to take the crumbs we get and try to make some sense out of them.

You asked a question in post 3102 that I forgot to answer.
>I also did not know that Babish and Koch had problems< Reading the legal documents it would certainly indicate that they did but I don't believe there was friction and so I procrastinate it this way. Art Koch found himself between a rock and a hard spot. He was only an employee that could easily be replaced if Rhodes so decided. If he went along with Rhodes I think it was a matter of self preservation. Don't forget it wasn't that long after Babish resigned that Koch left too. He probably didn't stay any longer than it took him to find another position.
His resignation was first announced by the company he went to and it took to the following day for PRLN to make the announcement.

More speculation on my part.

As you say "Oh well"

Harold
