Tech Support:

We can't forget the support guy who asked a copy of the disk be sent in and he received a photocopy of a floppy in the inter-company mail.

How about the assistant who folded a paper before faxing because it was 'confidential' stuff.

Another one held the paper to the screen and clicked on the fax button.

The guy who was told to close the window. The tech support person could hear the guy get up and close the window, and the door for good measure.
