Hi T2k You are right. JDSU is badly run inside, but that should not affect the company for a while. It is just that in the future, this company will have to develop internal management controls, and good management practices or it will end up as another Newbridge & Corel. For now, it is in "the sweet spot" for it's industry and should do well for you. I am thinking of picking a bit of it up, when do you think would be a good time , as it is pretty pricey right now. take care Jean
