although insiders can of course buy and sell stock, they are not allowed to do so on the basis of material, nonpublic information..........

unless they all had crystal balls, i find their timing too coincidental.........

1. run up in the stock pre earnings......(55)
2. earnings 3x estimates (53)
3. straight down from there (no Europe approval, weaker scrips, the roche thing, slowing sales)
4. 28

You tell me........the insiders did not know about the upcoming news events? if they did, and sold at the high, that is trading on inside information....and getting rich on the rest of our long positions.

Im sure the SEC is looking into these trading activities
