Yeah, the law of unintended consequences is the most unsettling thing about the whole global warming issue, both environmental and economic. There is certainly validity to the global warming deniers' claims that economic impact of action is a large issue, especially if the action is drastic. Which is all the more reasons to start mapping out strategies...


I think if we start now the actions do not have to be drastic....we can follow an orderly progression that keeps within our financial means. But that also means no wars.
