etrade always give me generic answers by way of email. but the phone
service seems to be a lot better for problems, maybe because its
more personable. so ikeep hoping for better service for us who have been with them a long time(fall 96). the softbank buy seems to be a
strong push for it to become a better company and maybe its time to buy into the company.
