Although I would guess this prediction will turn out to be accurate, the day the tech market gets its lead from NSM is a sad day indeed...they are not a leader by any stretch of the imagination. When you are a 3rd-tier follower and you announce bad earnings, why should other stocks go down?? Maybe NSM had crappy earnings because the good companies ate their lunch...maybe that is actually GOOD for other companies....of course I'm stretching it here, but the point is NSM ain't no INTC, CPQ, DELL, MSFT, etc...
I put LSI on a much higher level than NSM (I own LSI), but of course, they didn't do much better today. |
