Dear Terry --

Sorry it took me so long to respond - only a full month!

Thanks for your reply, I think your theory is a sound one that will make you lots of money over time.

I am currently looking at buying ATHM, NITE and QCOM Leaps. I think they and others are a great find for IRA's.

Has anyone sold covered calls on Leaps much? I'd love to hear more, don't understand how to do that without having to buy back at a high price or roll out, spending more money in the process re: commissions etc. Anyone done this with a volatile internet stock, where the premiums rock back and forth daily? Can you sell and buy back pretty often for repeat gains? Or did it drive you crazy trying to do that?

Kim

P.S. We're organizing an Options Investor's trading club in Boston. Anyone in the Boston area that can meet with us at our first meeting on May 20, please email me at kll400@aol.com. People are coming from western Massachusetts and Cape Cod as well, so it's not restricted to the Boston area proper. Other meetings across the country have been fascinating with many interesting people showing up.
