Ola DD. The outflow on the Small Caps is not surprising. Stock market fears affect the small caps more due to the lack of liquidity in low float stocks. People are afraid of getting stuck. Funny thing about the AMGDATA site though; money never seems to flow INTO the small caps, but it somehows pours OUT. ;-)

Inflation fears are certainly an undertone in the current market, but there are other themes that may be more at play. If inflation was at the root of the market direction, the natural resource stocks would be rallying.

Historically the market takes a break at this time of the year and we are seeing a change in market leadership away from the internet and growth stocks (high-tech)perhaps to value stocks.
