one matter that does disturb is the woman in question on 9/25 reported an envelope she handled that contained a suspicious powder---she was told powder tested negative for anthrax and she was told NOT to worry. But ,after complaining she felt sick and she had a rash,NBC had a skin test and sure enough she had cutaneous anthrax confirmed. They say they are now going to re-test the powder.Max p.s. one thing confirmed this market is so ultra re-active to news events TA can get hammered--as NO TA can handle this "wild-card"period--Max
