We can discuss (argue) the intricate details leading up to these decisions ad nauseam, but the fact remains that the ultimate decision is NOT made by doctors. Again, New Zealand might be a different story. The "cartel sized" payments (as compared/opposed to the standard Wall Street year-end bonuses) may well be the mistaken/misguided inference of an ignorant person who should try to educate himself on the basics of the road map to become a transplant surgeon. Any further attempt at Obama-like pontificating and mind-numbing lecturing is all well and fine for someone with a lot of free time on his hands, but will achieve nothing more.
