Michael, I think we have a case of misidentification. Jack O;Reilly is on the board of PRLN but this is all. Quoting from the posting by Robin on the "BABISH DEFENSE" Page 4. "The company hired a headhunter, "Catalyx Group" to find a new member for the Board of Directors and paid that company $15,000. The new member found by the headhunter -- Jack O'Reilly-- turns out to have been Catalyx's president and controlling shareholder. That obvious conflict of interest was not disclosed to the Board". The rest of the detail can be found in BABISH Defense. Michael, I think the Jack from Travellers you thought this was is Jack Rivkin. Harold Michael check it out if I'm wrong I'll be happy to apologize
