Perry--My understanding is that these rights RTIN will enjoy include the right to collect and retain some portion of franchise fees for entities wishing to open Fatburgers in the region. By definition, RTIN too would be free to open them but, as you say, it is far more lucrative to sell the franchises themselves. I do not know how much of operating overrides these rights would include. However, they will of course participate in operating overrides from a corporate posture. TG
