Janus is doing some major selling

If I look in my portfolio for what has performed best on a relative basis of late, I see stocks that are under-owned by the institutions but bigger than the microcaps. SCIO has been the standout here, but KOSP has also held up decently. The wanna-be pharmas like AZA, ELN and FRX have also performed comparatively well.

The worst have been the more recent IPO's, anything that smacks of genomics, companies that are short of money and stocks like SEPR that were heavily owned by the likes of Janus. (I'm ignoring stocks that have moved because of trial results and special circumstances).

Hard to know at this point whether to go with the beaten-down long-term stories like MLNM and SEPR, or jump on the stocks with better relative short-term performance.
