Jouer, you make some good points but regiional distribution (meaning, regional warehouses) add considerable $$ to your bottom line costs. Centralized distribution is much more cost effective especially with inventory issues, but of course shipping is more. It all depends on the individual item - some things like books are so cheap inventory doesn't matter as much. Whatever happens though, right now we don't have a competitive environment in shipping and that has to change. Michelle
