Bill Allen, the corrupt foul-mouthed money man, is out of the picture. His company VECO was bought by CH2M Hill. The over-reaching federal corruption prosecutors are on the defensive, but folks are being careful in case some secret videocams are still rolling. The old network as we knew it is gone, but I think a cleaner version will gradually emerge. Conservatives and moderates would then combine to modify Sarah's energy development and taxation policies to be somewhat more favorable to the oil and gas industry, in exchange for getting the gasline started.
