I tried GoodRX. Yes, you can find drugstores which are cheaper than the one around the corner. My husband picks up my prescriptions on the way home from work, he'd rather not have to brave the hellish traffic in Fairfax City to the Walgreens, or into the parking lot hell that is Walmart.

When he retires, I'm sure the calculation will change.
