Let's see now,

No mention of either Zip or LS 120 in the Sony release. I do not really think that this question will be answered at tomorrow's press
conference of IOMG.

Why would Sony hide such an important part of the announcement for a day? Plus, they have probably shown their computer at the expo the way it is described in the release. I can't admit Sony would be playing games with computer pundits and consummers. Sooner, rather than later, Sony will have to come out and say what is going to be their choice in terms of a new, better storage device. Until then, we are left to play a guessing game and sweat it over.

I hope Gateway and especially Apple join our winning team soon. This will really be the last time you hear about Compaq/LS 120 alliance. Compaq knows better than becomming the Apple of PC storage devices. IOMG has a huge head start and that will ultimately win this war of standards and WORDS!

IOMG is not shy about the 5 mil. Zips to be shipped this year. I am inclined to believe that 8 mil. is a better number - it came out of one of our managers. So, ramp-up and increased production is a reality as we speak. Serious price pressures are yet unheard of and Jaz is selling like hot cakes - we have improved margins as a result!

My estimate for this quarter is north of .12/sh which might sound conservative, but it sure reflects 50%+ sequential quarter-to-quarter profit growth. Anything over that should be considered extremely bullish.

Hopefully we will see a turnaround in techs tomorrow - these companies deserve it - especially the high quality ones. IOMG will hold 35/sh IMHO no matter what. We might hear something new and impressive out of the IOMG booth tomorrow. Hold tight and don't let misinformed journalists and bad-mouthers tarnish the clear view of the best pesonal storage solution company the world has come to know!!!

Regards,

Winner
