FYI .......ASND WAS UPGRADED TODAY TO BUY FROM ACCUMULATE BY S&P MARKET SCOPE.....THEY RELATE THE MERGER OF ASND AND CSCC TO BE VERY POSITIVE....ALSO ASND IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AT 19 TIMES 98 ESTIMATES OF $2.35....JM
