Oliver I have been with SDB for 2 years and have noticed a definite decrease in service (ie hold time) in the last three months. I complained a couple of times to their Alberta Floor Manager (Nancy Bowley 1-800-661-1955) and it appears to have paid off. I too got a welcome "second ring" answer yesterday... it is about time! Just goes to show that bad service should be identified and dealt with and good response should be rewarded. Good Job Nancy! A
