Jim: I agree with your analysis of the ARMs. If we do not have a sell-off with the current 5-day reading, I will start to wonder about a new trend. Last week, the ARMs seemed to be confirming the downtrend. The flow of money was pointing down. Then it turned on a dime on Thursday with the selloff in treasuries and was further confirmed on Friday. Today, the treasuries' surrogate, the Utilities, continued to confirm the change. Other aspects of my volume analysis say we may be changing. However, I am not sold on the idea yet. One way or the other, my next bet will become clear. I just have to wait and watch.
