I still find it hard to believe that Rupert is making all of these concessions on the Primestar deal and the cable MSOs aren't agreeing to carry his cable channels. He could have made those same concessions with DISH and had a bigger slice of the pie and a better positioned company. When you consider that Charlie forced him to pay $682m for a slot last year (way too much), this is actually the 3rd loss of face he's suffered in a row. It would be something if he gets one-two'd with a gov't thumbs down on the Primestar deal and a forced settlement on Charlie's lawsuit... Regards, NPD PS. I wonder if Pat Robinson can take him to the cleaners on the family channel deal. If so, that would make 4 in a row. And to a televangelist besides...
