Has anyone heard anything regarding the lawsuit with Acutec over the patent infringment? This was in the news earlier this year, yet I've heard nothing for several months. I wonder if uncertainty over this is keeping the price so flat. Also I noticed that Bollinger Industries, a maker of sporting equipment, has a nasal strip on the shelves at Kmart here in Kona, Hawaii. Perhaps a call to CNXS is in order. I'll call on Monday, and will post anything I learn. Have a great weekend.
