No such thing as a stupid question but there are occasionally stupid answers.

Basically warrants are the same as equities they can be bought and sold the same way.

The 45.1K was @ the bid price which would indicate a sale rather than a buy. The bid @ the time was .12+ and the ask was @.15+. The trade was @ .12. A warrant is nothing more tha a right to purchase shares of common stock at a specific price by a specific time. If the warrant is not exercised you end up with more wall paper. Like equities you need a buyer.
