You really are stubborn aren't you. Yes, the legislature can try to legislate the court, but that will be challenged.

The easiest way is to REPLACE the courts with people more agreeable to legislatures. But oddly, every time that is done, the Judges tend to go their own way anyways.

So, amending the Constitution of the state is the best way, but then you'll get those challenges at the Federal level. So there are federal laws/rules/procedures to deal with.

It's a tough road to change the Courts' power.
