Jmac, without revealing prejudice or slant the above would have been the soundest thing for Judge Jackson to do. However any other action other than a favorable ruling for Microsoft would be a clear indication of bias and inappropriate conduct. There is no such thing as injustice. Perhaps Judge jackson will make a first??
