Hi Elmo - From your reading of the 10K and 10Q does 3COM carry enough liability insurance to cover any and all damages from the alleged Class Action suits against 3COM? If so, then all of these suits are moot (as far as money damages), but it does say something about our management. IMO, this is already discounted in the stock but for the longer term it may be a reflection about our management (ie our officers and Directors). I do believe our company does have the new products and market share to continue to grow at a 20%-30% rate going forward. I might feel a bit more comfortable if our management was buying stock at the current prices and we saw a bit more aggressive restructuring including the sale of one of our product divisions. I continue to accumulate stock under $25 and have hedged my position by selling covered calls on 1/2 of my position until our management makes a significant decision regarding (1)a complete company restructure or (2) the sale of one of our product divisions.
