Hi Eric - I did not find in my brief search of 3COM's 10Q, 10K, and DEF-14A SEC filings any reference to liability insurance (although I believe that must have it). Surely the company will have to say something about this in their next 10Q. Did you locate a reference to insurance that would insulate the company and its officers and directors from a Class Action lawsuit? I agree that the lawsuit has already been factored into the stock by most investors. The purpose of my post was to enlighten some who appeared to be unaware of the lawsuits already filed. I find the continued re-posting by the law firms of the Class Periods for Class Action Complaints somewhat objectionable. It takes away from the positive announcements by 3COM of their progress. I too have a positive outlook for the future of 3COM, but I'm taking a little off the table whenever possible just in case. Anything can happen in this game. Regards, Elmo
