I am alluding to the possibility that Welch is "mentoring" Scott for his job............I think my post was a tad misleading, Sorry,....I was NOT suggesting that they were having a love affair. The mentoring was mentioned in the article by Welch....he learned that most big companies in Europe use this approach all the time.....am I the only one that has read the interview???....you don't even have to buy the mag...I didn't.gggg

Now, wait,.....I am not suggesting that I stole it....I read it in the book store and then returned it to the shelf.
