Your responses to my questions regarding oil prove my point. Most of the people talking about getting out of Iraq have no clue just how important it is. When I see a news article about some event I think first about its impact to energy. So perhaps I take for granted that others understand. The real problem is that those who wanted to rush into Iraq had no clue about what doing so would do to the price of oil. Go look up the price of oil from 2003 on. Geez. IIRC, Cheney made a rather foolhardy statement about what would happen to the price of a barrel of oil following the US invasion. LOL!
