Yes there was. But they didn't make it easy to get your name up there. The casino wouldn't/couldn't even connect you to the poker room so you were forced to walk to the complete opposite side of the casino to talk to anyone who could help you.

And they pretty much made you sit there & wait. They wouldn't call you if you went back into the casino & after an hour or so they took your name off the list if you weren't sitting there waiting.

IMO, since the folks running the poker room aren't part of the casino [and the poker room people are moving to a new location soon], the bad blood between them made any customer service by staff from either place pretty much impossible. Both places did everything in their power to keep you on their site.
