| Chris, Has God told you what your destiny is?? Has He spoken to you and told you that you are among the chosen?? As pointed our very clearly in scripture, after scripture, in the New Testament, sinners can be saved by a true belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, Lord, and Savior. Along with true belief, comes a responsibility to make every attempt to live one's life according to the teachings of Jesus. It is true that we cannot make ourselves righteous, but we can try, and in the attempt, we can improve ourselves in preparation for Salvation. Salvation can only be granted by the Grace of God, who came to Earth as Jesus Christ, but Jesus, Himself, said that through Him a person can enter the Kingdom of God. ~H~ |
