It's difficult to fight the Iraqis because they wear civilian clothes instead of military uniforms. This complaint was made by Rumsfeld and high ranking military officers. Now we know how the British must have felt when a rag tag bunch of soldiers in civilian dress, led by a fairly inexperienced officer named George Washington, mounted a guerilla attack and ousted their best Hessian fighters from Trenton around 1776.
